About Brianna

I’m a wife, mom, foster mom, dog mom, and devoted coffee lover, and supporting people has been at the heart of everything I’ve done throughout my life. I’ve been a counsellor for the past four years, but in many ways I’ve been walking alongside people far longer than that.

I often tell clients, “No one becomes a counsellor without having lived through a lot,” and that’s certainly true for me. I’ve moved through my own share of hard, messy, and complicated experiences — the kinds that leave marks, teach lessons, and build resilience. Those chapters shaped my empathy, strength, and perspective, and they allow me to sit with clients in the real, raw parts of their lives with understanding, without judgment, and with a genuine belief in their ability to heal.

These experiences have helped me become a grounded, resilient woman who is trained and equipped to support you through whatever you’re facing. They’ve also given me a sense of humour that tends to show up at just the right moments — but I’ll let you decide about that part.

I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and capable as you navigate your own path forward.
